Postage & Return Policy
General Information: We use a variety of Auspost services depending on the order weight and size for deliveries within Australia. This allows us to deliver to all locations, business and residential Australia wide.
Here are the options we use within Australia:
# Regular Post (Satchels) - standard delivery in Australia with online tracking, we will provide you with a tracking number by email.
# Express Post (Australia Post) - The express service goes through the MyPost Business network. Express may be slower to such areas as Western Australia, South Australia, Tasmania and Northern Territory.
We only ship to Australia and New Zealand at this stage. We ship to New Zealand using Australia Post Airmail.
Returns and Exchange Information
# Returns Information: If there is a fault with the product, we will do our best to sort the issue out for you - it is that simple. We check our products before sending them out however if we missed a manufacturing fault, we will take care of you. Please note: Sizing and colour issues with clothing are generally also not considered a fault due to the size chart we provide and the difference between photos on different screen types, contact us to discuss.
Restocking Fee: Change of mind returns have a 10% restocking fee due. There is no restocking fee if you're exchanging for a different product or if you want store credit.
Important: postage is non-refundable. Also, if your shipping was free due to a shipping promotion, the actual cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund in case of a return.
# Exchanges: We are happy to exchange products when possible as long as postage both ways is covered by you. The item being exchanged must be in new/unused condition.
